I appreciate the opportunity to be able to introduce myself. Choosing an agent is often a decision left to chance. I have administered advertising budgets over $50,000 per month, managed companies of over a hundred employees, owned my own business locally, and written and published books on sales and management. I also have experience helping clients successfully negotiate through a short sale when their debt has exceeded the value of their property. My experience also covers recreational property and land sales. There are important factors the average agent just does not know which are of huge importance to the buyer looking for these types of properties. This is a market which offers great opportunity for buyers. I can offer the experience to help you find the right property to meet your needs and tastes, to arrange all of the services you will need to complete the purchase, and the insight to help you steer clear of pitfalls in the market. Unless you are writing a check, the most important first step is to make sure you have a reliable source for financing ready to go when you find your home. Most important, it is important to me personally to help you find a home that you will really like. It is just as important to help you make the best possible buy on that home. Many of my clients will tell you they would have never found the home they now own were it not for the help they received. And they will also tell you the advice given during the negotiation process helped them get a better buy than they thought possible.
